The Skillspass Platform V1, is already functioning, running and developed by eBS. This engine was brought to the market for the exclusive use of the tourism and hospitality sector, providing a structured certification process ensuring candidates' competencies through a two-phase evaluation. Initially, candidates register on the portal and complete mandatory and occupation-specific examinations, fully automated online. Phase one focuses on assessing theoretical knowledge through these examinations. Phase two involves a 30-minute interview, where candidates are questioned about their phase one accomplishments to verify the authenticity of their skills and knowledge. This dual-phase process effectively identifies and eliminates candidates who might have cheated in phase one. The Contracting Authority requires a new version of the system, being referred to as the new Skills Pass Platform. New Skills Pass Platform requires a more comprehensive and versatile certification framework, extending beyond the tourism and hospitality sector to accommodate multiple industries. The new version retains the two-phase evaluation system but introduces significant structural changes to enhance flexibility and applicability across various sectors.
