The agency's strategic target areas include increasing the degree of re-use, reducing the amount of residue waste, ensuring that hazardous waste is taken care of, as well as maintaining good customer satisfaction and trust from the population. In order to achieve these targets, the Contracting Authority plans to replace its existing customer and operational systems with a new overall core system, consisting of one or several Cloud services and other system components. This new system shall not only safeguard and improve the current services, but also support new functionality for future systems and services. The customer is looking for new core solution(s) that have a flexible architecture and that can be expanded gradually to improve system support in several parts of the customer's value chain.
