New electronic locks and system solutions for the health and welfare services - prequalification

Bergen municipality needs future orientated electronic locks and an innovative, flexible cloud based infrastructure for their administration to ensure simple and secure access to service recipients of health and care services in Bergen municipality. The system must also have interface that enables automation of key administration based on concrete service needs that occur in the interaction between the service recipient and service provider. The procurement shall cover both the physical electronic locks with the necessary accessories for operation and installation, as well as a system for administration of electronic locks. The procurement is therefore planned to be divided into two lots: Sub-contract 1: Framework agreement for electronic locks. Sub-contract 2: System system for the administration of electronic locks. In addition an introduction shall be made of the new chosen system system. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue. The contracting authority is planning a digital supplier conference wednesday 16 October (10:00) to inform about the competition. Interested tenderers are asked to register their interest in the Mercell communication module.
