New System - establishment and service implementation of operation of central infrastructure and support for a transcription project.

The Ministry of DigitalIsation and Management is in the process of creating a new department that from 1 January 2025 shall have overall responsibility for providing digital services to the ministries fellowship: The Ministries DigitalIsation Organisation (DIO). A joint ICT platform ("New System") shall be established that shall be delivered to the customers that a decision has always been made for DIO to provide services for. The establishment and implementation of the New System will be gradually and is expected to be carried out over a transcription period of 2-3 years before the existing platforms are phased out. The new system shall be based on a hybrid system design that can both offer services from a dedicated/private infrastructure and from public/public cloud services. The new System shall be able to provide services that fulfil the requirements for screened, unclassified information systems and other unclassified information systems. The scope of the procurement is two parts: 1) Establishment and service launch of central infrastructure and platform operation, hereafter called sub-area 1; 2) Support for the transcription project, hereafter called sub-area 2. Both sub areas include an option to procure assistance for operation support on existing platforms in the transcription period to make key personnel available to assist in the establishment of the New System. The procurement shall result in two separate contracts, one per sub-area.
