New System support for management - Qualification phase.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can deliver and implement a flexible, cloud-based and future orientated system for the management of cultural institutions that receives operational grants from the Ministry of Culture and Equality. The system shall ensure efficient administration of budget applications, reporting, statistics collection and data validation from different cultural institutions, at the same time as facilitating integration with existing IT systems. We would like the system to be implemented by 1 October 2025 so that it is operative when the institutions shall deliver their budget applications 1 November. This means that all the necessary phases such as integrations, configuration[, implementation, testing, training and transfer to the new system are approved by this date.
