OFA would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of electricity. The aim of the contract is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for the delivery of electricity, including network charges and other accompanying services for all installations. All sites included in the contract are connected to Glitre Energi Nett AS as the network owner. Tenderers shall, through portfolio management, minimise electricity costs with the accompanying risk management and advice, purchase of financial hedging contracts, as well as optimise payment administration, reporting and financial management. Strategy documents and authorisations will be established after the contract has been signed. These shall also be treated in OFA's governing body. The contract includes physical delivery of electrical energy to the Contracting Authority's facilities. The total number of consumption in 2023 was just under 390,000,000 kWh. The financial extent for 2023 was just under NOK 670 million, excluding VAT. Contracting authorities who have committed to the contract: Agder county, Arendal municipality, Birkenes municipality, Bygland municipality, Bykle municipality, Evje and Hornnes municipalities, Farsund municipality, Flekkefjord municipality, Froland municipality, Gjerstad municipality, Grimstad municipality, Hægebostad municipality, Iveland municipality Kristiansand municipality, Kvinesdal municipality Lillesand municipality, Lindesnes municipality, Lyngdal municipality, Risør municipality, Sirdal municipality Tvedestrand municipality, Valle municipality, Vegårshei municipality, Vennesla municipality, Åmli municipality, Åseral municipality.
