Offshore Civil Works for the project Princess Elisabeth Island

Elia Asset intends to launch in September 2024 a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition for the contracting of civil works to be executed on the Princess Elisabeth Island (under construction in the Belgian EEZ of the North Sea). The scope would include the civil works required for the foundations of i) steel modules and ii) transformers, further more, construction of iii) roads, iv) earthing grid, v) cable culverts, vi) wall and roof construction transformers and vii) other general infrastructures. The objective is to execute these works in Q4 2026 and 2027. In preparation of this negotiated procedure, Elia will perform a market survey during the summer 2024 to collect feedback from any interested companies.
