OH Phase II - Request consultant acoustics

Phase II has mapped a need for further upgrades of parts of the buildings and the stage technical installations in small halls. The plan is, therefore, to divide smaller sub-projects, which shall be periodically parallel to the next 1-1.5 years. Instalments and resource needs will not be linear, but piecemeal, depending on the contracting authority ́s priorities for the different sub projects and the award of further funding from the ministry. The procurement concerns consultancy services within the discipline: Acoustics The contract will apply from when the contract is signed until the project on upgrading the buildings and small auditorium is completed. As a starting point, the project manager function will include the execution of the entire project on behalf of the contracting authority. This includes, among other things, the following assignments: • Financial follow-up and reporting • General consultancy acoustics • Follow-up progress • Quality assurance of systems, control execution at the construction site.
