Lot 2 covers the services of the social media community management of the Representation (Community Manager). A Community Manager is an employee of the Service Provider who operates externally and is responsible for managing and fostering online interactions on behalf of the Representation. Reporting to the Head of Press and Media and working in collaboration with the Digital Leader, the Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the public across social media platforms and face-to-face communications. Their role focuses on engaging with audiences, monitoring online conversations, identifying trends and threats, and ensuring the Representation’s digital presence is optimized and secure from possible disinformation narratives spreading on Lithuanian social media and media.
