Online Psychometric Tests with Remote Proctoring, for Recruitment and Selection

Publicjobs is seeking to procure a supplier to provide a licence to access to their full suite of online psychometric tests (e.g. verbal, numerical and any other suitable tests) for roles at all levels, from entry level to senior management. It must be possible to remotely proctor tests, ideally through record and review proctoring. Additionally, the platform should have capacity to upload and host publicjobs bespoke test material, for example multiple choice tests, situational judgement tests, online questionnaires, etc. It is a key requirement that the platform can integrate with our new Candidate Management System, Oleeo (via API). Publicjobs are the centralised provider of recruitment, assessment and selection services for the Civil Service. Publicjobs also provide recruitment and consultancy services to Local Authorities, the Health Service Executive, An Garda Síochána and other public service bodies. Publicjobs also manages the recruitment process for appointments at Chairperson and Non-Executive Director level, to the Boards of State Agencies under State Boards.
