Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement - calculation services. The aim of the contract is to assist with competence and extra capacity to prepare calculations and estimates for the investment projects as needed. The investment regime in Oslo municipality assumes that calculations shall be prepared and uncertainties shall be carried out as part of concept evaluations and when the preliminary project is completed, Oslobygg would like to carry out several midway calculations in the preliminary project phase in order to verify the cost level along the way.
