With this invitation to tender Yle was asking the tenderers to submit their tenders to create a framework agreement between Yle and chosen tenderers. The object of the procurement is outside broadcast vehicle services. The object of the procurement was described in more detail in the appendices of the call for tender. The procurements covered by the framework agreement shall be carried out in accordance with the following procedures: The Suppliers selected for the framework agreement will be ranked in order of preference on the basis of the outcome of the tender.
