The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for pest control services with natural accompanying material in the area in order to cover the Contracting Authority ́s needs. The framework agreements shall apply for services connected to the buildings to the Customer and any hired area. The framework agreement includes pest control and control of rodents, birds, ants and all other types of pests that may occur in the Contracting Authority's buildings, technical installations, pipe systems, properties and outside areas. Other types of pests may include cockroaches, wasps/hops, beards, silverfish and other species that may occur. The Regional Health Authority Nord-Trøndelag has its buildings mainly located in Levanger and Namsos. The annual contract value for HNT is estimated to NOK 40,000 - 125,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum total value of NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The amount of maintenance assignments and the procurement of natural accompanying material within the area can vary a lot from year to year. The need and amount of call-offs on the framework agreement will vary depending on the amount of pests. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume.
