This Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise the market of its intention to procure outsourced IT support and associated services at a future date. The anticipated scope of the procurement will include, but not be limited to: • IT helpdesk and user support services for hardware, software, and systems; • Management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure; • Cybersecurity services, including compliance, threat management, and disaster recovery planning; • Advisory services for IT strategy, innovation, and system optimisation; • Support for key business applications and systems integration; • Provisioning and lifecycle management of hardware and software. The LDA aims to engage with suitably qualified and experienced service providers to support its IT infrastructure and deliver high-quality services aligned with its strategic objectives. Upcoming Pre-Market Engagement To support the development of the procurement process, the LDA intends to publish a pre-market consultation in the coming weeks. This engagement will provide an opportunity for prospective suppliers to gain insights into the LDA’s requirements, share their expertise, and contribute to shaping the final procurement approach.
