Narvik municipality (NK) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for planning, engineering design, delivery and installation for playground equipment on public playgrounds. The objective of this tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery and assembly of playground equipment in Narvik municipality. There are plans to make ongoing call-offs during the agreement period. Narvik municipality intends to hold several call-offs immediately after the contract has been signed. Installation this year will be expected. The agreement period will be 2 years from the contract date with a unilateral option for a further 1+1 year. The total contract length can then be four years if the options are taken up. The estimated value of the contract is approx. NOK 35 million for the entire contract period (2+1+1 years), including options and excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 40 million. Award criteria and evaluation: Price 60 % Quality/solution proposal 40 % Reasons for environmental requirements in the requirement specifications: The contracting authority estimates that it will give better climate and environmental effect to use climate and environmental requirements in this competition. Suppliers in this market can deliver products with low climate footprint and low co2 emissions. The contracting authority considers the market to be mature. Many tenderers will therefore score high on an award criterion on climate and the environment.
