1 piece LP / Power Meas. System Procurement of a power measurement system in the waveguide band "D" (110 - 170 GHz). With the help of an automatic load adjustment, it should enable an exact analysis of the parameters: Power, PAE, gamma load of single transistors to enable accurate modeling data. The input power provided should be at least 100mW (20 dBm), the power limit on the receiving side must be at least 1 W (30 dBm)." Option 1: Possibility to increase the input power with amplifiers that can also have a smaller measuring bandwidth Option 2: RF couplers position must be at RF probes directly for good measurement accuracy
