Pre-qualification of Supply Cable for Nuijala Heat Station

Fortum Power and Heat Oy is building a heat plant in Nuijala, Espoo and the connecting district heatinglines to distribute the heat to Espoo district heating network. Heat will be produced by electric boiler which is connected also to a heat accumulator (20 000m3), The heating capacity of the plant is approximately 50 MW (Megawatt).The new heat plant shall be ready for commercial operation in the end of 2025. The scope of supply comprises of the following ITEM(s) •ITEM 01: Installation of cable protection pipes for MV and HV-supply cables (cabling route length approx. 700m in urban area)oPermission administration, excavating works, traffic control, residual, reconstruction roadworks, excavating area restoration worksoProcurement of material/equipment/devices/workoinstallation, testing and commissioning works at construction site • ITEM 02: Installation of 20kV MV-supply cables between existing substation and existing medium voltage switchgear (20kV).oCable pulling in cable protection pipes (cabling route length approx. 700m in urban area)oCable termination and connection works in both endsoProcurement of material/equipment/devices/workoinstallation, testing and commissioning works of supply cable at construction site •ITEM 03: Installation of earthing continuity conductors and optical fibre pulling in cable protection pipes (cabling route length approx. 700m in urban area)oCable pulling in cable protection pipes (cabling route length approx. 700m in urban area)oCable termination and connection works in both endsoProcurement of material/equipment/devices/workoinstallation, testing and commissioning works at construction siteOPTION •ITEM 04: Installation of 110kV HV-supply cable between existing substation and existing main transformer 110/20kV.oCable pulling in cable protection pipes (cabling route length approx. 700m in urban area)oCable termination and connection works in both endsoProcurement of material/equipment/devices/workoinstallation, testing and commissioning works of supply cable at construction site All ITEM(s) include equipment and system design, permission administration, excavating works, traffic control, residual and reconstruction roadworks, procurement of material/equipment/devices/work, deliv-ery, installation, testing and commissioning works at construction site excavating area restoration works
