Non-binding preliminary market consultation pursuant to Section 26 SektVO. The purpose is to explore a compact SOV / Walk-to-Work offshore logistics and accommodation concept to support the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the offshore grid connection platforms (ONAS) in the German Baltic Sea. Category: Services in shipping and offshore logistics. The consultation covers compact SOV / W2W units as well as larger SOV / CSOV tonnage including campaign, long-term, winter, seasonal, shared-use and back-charter models. Indicative planning assumptions: 9 ONAS platforms, max. 24–48 POB per platform, approx. 3,000–10,000 offshore person-days per year across four campaigns; SOV / W2W reference size approx. 30–50 POB, DP2, W2W access up to approx. Hs 2.5 m, platform supply capability, Baltic Sea operability. These figures are indicative only and do not constitute a mandatory specification.
