The aim of the procurement is to ensure a good zoning plan process including a plan programme and a construction plan for the construction of a new Tretten bridge. It is important for the contracting authority that the tenderer contributes to flexible processes and facilitates for the later procurement of an execution contract. It is also important that it is an efficient process that ensures progress for the start-up of construction in autumn 2027.
