The objective of the framework agreement is travel agency services for Innovasjon Norway ́s total travel activities in Norway and abroad. The travel agencies are seen as strategic cooperation partners for Innovation Norway. This means that the expectations of the travel agencies will be that they are more than one booking channel. A strategic partnership means that the travel agency shall actively contribute to increased contractloyity, provide administrative support for policy management, including a focus on environmentally friendly transport alternative, payment of travel and follow-up connected to statistics and analysis, as well as making recommendations for further development that provide a value-added value for official journeys in Innovation Norway.
