The Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contract shall ensure the Norwegian Food Safety Authority access to standardised cloud services (Google Cloud Platform or equivalent) In recent years, the company has carried out a comprehensive modernisation and accelerated its digitalisation work. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has been established as a technological platform for all new developments and operation and almost all systems are migrated from their own data centre to Google Cloud Platform. The procurement is decisive for the Norwegian Food Safety Authority continuing its digitalisation work and, at the same time, take care of its social mission in a safe, accessible and future-oriented manner.
