Husbanken shall enter into a contract with a joint venture partner who can provide consultancy and assistance in connection with an overview and insight of relevant technologies and suppliers. An important prerequisite will be that the cooperation partner is an independent consultant with no connection to software suppliers and others who can influence the advice. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. Duration of 1 year + options of 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, - total 4 years. Budget four years: Between NOK 4,400,000 and 5,400,000,-. Excluding VAT.
