The competition is for the delivery of "print as a service" ("print as a service") which includes a future-oriented, user friendly and secure system for production of print, copy and scanning. The system shall safeguard all administrative processes connected to managing the product area. Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the possibility of the following functions: copies, printers, scanners. The options are described in the needs description. The contracting authority emphasises that in this contract there will be a gradual implementation and replacement of machines. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
