This is a prior indicative notice regarding an upcoming tender for a framework agreement on delivery of Validators for public transport in Denmark.After canceling the previous tender for a Validator Framework Agreement, Rejsekort og Rejseplan A/S is now ready to reissue the tender of the contract. The new tender is expected to be published in mid-October 2024. This prior indicative notice is not an invitation to tender.The upcoming tender will include some significant differences from the previously canceled tender. Among the main changes is that the new tender will be a framework agreement with a single supplier. Additionally, the solution will be based on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model, meaning that the external end user must check-in and check-out for each leg of their journey. The check-in and check-out must be performed on a Validator using an NFC-card or a payment card.
