Prior information notice and consultation of requirement specifications: Extraction of automation system for the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine at Oslo University Hospital in the Life Science Building.

In 2027, parts of the Clinic for laboratory medicine (KLM) at Oslo University Hospital are moving into Norway's largest and most advanced research and innovation building – the Life Science Building. The Life Science Building is one of the five development projects that are part of the development of the New Oslo University Hospital. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is the builder and is responsible for the execution of the construction project. Oslo University Hospital shall be the tenant in the building. Helse Sør-Øst RHF is the contracting party for this procurement. Sykehusbygg Health Trust is engaged to safeguard the project management for the project. Sykehusbygg Health Trust will implement a competition for an automation system for extraction to the Department for Medical Genetics at Oslo University Hospital. The solution will be divided into two sub-contracts that, in total, comprise the entire extraction flow:- 9315.01: high capacity extraction line genetics - 2 identical systems.- 9315.02: instrumentation decappers and capping - 1 system (maximum two instruments). This is a prior information notice to notify about the upcoming competition and a hearing of the requirement specifications.
