Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue in connection with the procurement of an electronic board for FACT to health companies in the Helse Sør-Øst Market dialogue, which is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out because the Contracting Authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers are invited to provide input to the procurement prior to the announcement. The Contracting Authority requests written input on as many of the following points as possible: Short presentation of interested party: Description of experience with the Fact Board. What does the tenderer consider to be its core activity and main competence? Tenderers are requested to give a short description of customers who currently use the system, including possibly which parts of the system are used and for which user groups. Points we would like feedback on: Give a description of the tenderer ́s system and how this covers the needs/purposes described. What are the main features and advantages? What type of delivery model/operational model can be delivered (SaaS, other)? Does the tenderer have input on how any environmental requirements can be set for the system? Price models: Which price models do the tenderer operate with and what price models do the supplier recommend? Can the supplier comply with other models if the contracting authority sees it appropriate? What factors affect the price of the tenderer's system? Quality and security: What requirements do the tenderer have in relation to quality of the system? What measures does the tenderer have that ensure that information security and privacy are safeguarded, with particular focus on sensitive areas such as patient safety? Where is the solution installed? Where are the personnel operating and maintaining the system? What kind of support and training do the service provider offer to ensure users get the most out of their solution? Which support and maintenance services does the tenderer offer? Other: How does the supplier work on innovation and further development of the product? How does the supplier ensure that the systems remain relevant in line with technological developments in the market? Are there special developments in the market that the Contracting Authority ought to take into consideration in designing a future-oriented agreement? Which SSA templates think the tenderer is best suited for the delivery and why? Are there any other elements that the contracting authority should pay particular attention to? What should, in accordance with the tenderer ́s view, be emphasised in any future procurement? Furthermore, it may be of interest, if relevant for interested party, to hear about the tenderer's experience from similar public tenders, possibly in comparable countries (preferably countries within the EU).
