This is not a call for competion. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) related to the provision of Catering and Hospitality Services at NMI - Decorative Arts & History located in Collins Barracks. NMI wishes to work with a café/catering partner to develop a destination food offer that drives footfall and enhances the overall visitor experience at Collins Barracks. The role of the NMI is to be a unique and authentic resource promoting learning, creativity, and inspiration through engaging experiences. The café/catering partner would work closely with the NMI on a strategy to ensure the food offer and customer experience at Collins Barracks aligns with this vision; increasing visitor satisfaction levels and contributing to visitor growth; community engagement; brand awareness of the NMI; and cultural tourism development at the NMI. The food offer at the site would be broken down into 4 key areas: 1. Onsite dining in the Café 2. Take away / Grab and Go 3. Hospitality – for gatherings up to 50 persons 4. Event Catering – Food above 50 persons
