The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of the Road Safety Authority’s (“RSA”) proposed upcoming Call for Tender for the provision of technical inspection services in relation to Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (“CVRT”) and the National Car Testing Service ("NCTS"). This PIN is not a call for competition, no tender documents are available, and no proposals are sought at this stage. RSA expects to publish the Call for Tender in Q3 2024. The competitive process will be advertised in accordance with EU public procurement rules via the Irish Government’s procurement opportunities portal (www.etenders.gov.ie)
