Tenderers are invited to a market dialogue in connection with any procurement of a system for a KI based work plan generator. Helse Nord RHF is looking for a system that can generate work plans based on prepared staffing plans based on the expected activity level. The system shall ensure optimal utilisation of available competence and personnel resources and compliance with the current laws, regulations and collective agreements. Stable and high quality of the work plans as well as health promoting the organisation of working hours that safeguard employees ́needs.
