The supplier market is invited to comment on and provide input for the draft of the tender documentation that is attached to this notice. In the planning phase of a procurement there is the possibility to have a dialogue with the market, whilst when the competition is announced there is little room to make changes. Suppliers are therefore encouraged to provide input and comments. We will appreciate proposals and comments on all parts of the tender documentation. Feedback and input is requested to be sent via the communication module in Mercell by 21.08.2025.NB. Due to staff holidays, questions and comments will not be answered in weeks 28 - 31.
