Bergen municipality plans a competition for the procurement of system support within HR, finance and procurement. Bergen municipality currently uses Unit4 ERP as a system support for HR and payroll, finance and purchasing/e-commerce. The municipality has two installations, one for HR/personnel, payroll, travel, travel book and expenses, and one for finances and procurements/e-commerce. Both systems are installed in the municipality ́s operational centre and operated by the municipality ́s internal operational supplier. The current system supplier has notified the liquidation of the existing systems and the municipality is therefore planning to procure ICT system(s) that will cover the future needs within the mentioned areas. In addition to these systems, Bergen municipality has free-standing systems for recruitment and competence planning/CV/employee follow-up that is part of the scope of the procurement. It is planned to procure ICT system(s) delivered as SaaS. The contract will include the establishment of the system(s), including training, conversion, establishment of integrations and operation/management which includes user support/support services and consultancy services. Bergen municipality carried out market surveys in connection with an ongoing concept work in March 2024, but wants new dialogue with the market with particular emphasis on functional support and needs coverage in relevant ICT systems.Before a competition is designed and published, Bergen municipality would like, with this notice, to gain further knowledge about the market and input from relevant actors who can be important for us to include in the planning work.
