Malvik municipality plans to establish a new multi-purpose hall for sports purposes in Hommelvik. Hallen shall, besides offering hall capacity to the sport in Hommelvik, be suitable locally for teaching in the subjects of primary and secondary schools. The areas at the existing gymnasium, swimming pool and secondary school are pointed to as possible location. Even if it will be necessary to construct a new hall area, the existing buildings can be reused in the project. Effect targets have been prepared in the project. Jointly between users, builder and contractor, the result targets will be set for further planning of the project. It will be natural to look to national guides for the development of such multi-purpose halls, and there will be a focus on designing a hall that meets the requirements set for triggering gambling. The project ́s environmental ambitions must be clarified in the preliminary project. Superior political aims and guidelines can give the project further guidelines. The project ́s aims, extent and priorities can be changed in accordance with political treatments. The project shall be carried out in two phases: Phase 1 shall be a joint planning and development phase, in which the parties shall i.a. carry out review work, design work and engineering design. Furthermore, progress plans, risk register and target sum shall be prepared for the project, as well as supplementary contract documents for phase 2 - the execution phase. Phase 2 includes detailed engineering design, implementation and completion of the physical measure at the construction site. The project shall be carried out in close cooperation with key personnel at the contracting authority and other hired resources in the project.
