Through the Lot 1, the ECB aims at entering into a service contract with a supplier for the provision of private security services for its Main Building and support facilities in Frankfurt am Main: The Contractor shall provide private security services primarily at the ECB?s Main Building, which holds approximately 3,000 persons. The Contractor shall also provide alarm intervention services to ECB?s support facilities i.e. the second data center and the recovery site. In case of an activation, guarding services shall also be provided on the recovery site. Currently all facilities are located in the Frankfurt am Main area.
