Based on the criteria established by the expression of interest of the EDCTP Association for the hosting of the EDCTP Forum and following the voting in the General Assembly of the EDCTP Association and the award of the organisation of the Forum in Kigali, Rwanda, the venue services for the EDCTP Forum can only be provided by a particular local economic operator due to the technical specifications (capacity and technical infrastructure) necessary for the venue and the organisation of the EDCTP forum. This also covers the provision of catering services as the specific operator exclusively provides catering for the events organised in their premises.
