Procurement of a case handling system

Nkom intends to procure a new fully electronic case processing system to streamline work processes, increase document capture and improve information security. The system shall be integrated with a free-standing Documaster archive core, which is in the NOARK 5 standard. The procurement also includes the necessary adaptation, integration, implementation and training as well as subsequent support and maintenance. Through the procurement, Nkom will secure a case management system that provides automated work flow for different case handling processes that can vary between departments and over time. The processes should, therefore, be able to be configured by Nkom to the greatest possible degree without any worrying about it.
