Procurement of a framework agreement for graphic services, film production and visual consulting.

The contracting authority has a continual need for graphical services and products/visual advice connected to, among other things, graphic products, animations, illustrations and profiling material. We would like creative consultancy and design when preparing products. The estimated value of the agreement: NOK 4,000,000-Maximum value: NOK 6,000,000, the estimated value is dependent on annual budget resources and is not binding for The Norwegian Mapping Authority. The main service is the consultant's work efforts, which will mainly be carried out digitally. The Contracting Authority considers that the nature of the service has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial. Kartverket will, thus, use the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (5).
