Procurement of a framework agreement for sample taking and analysing services.

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes, hereafter called the "Contracting Authority", invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for sample taking and analysis services. The procurement involves sampling and analysing samples. Tenderers shall perform venous blood samples requisitioned by a doctor, ensure that the samples are analysed and that answers are given to the respective institutions through the contracting authority ́s electronic patient journal system (currently Gerica). Bacteriological samples are taken by the institutions ́e employees and are not included in this contract. There is generally a need for sampling at the institutions once or twice a week. Annex 1 contains an overview of the institutions covered by the contract, but emphasis is put on the fact that there can be several institutions on the list during the contract period. The health centres usually generate a larger extent of sample takings than long term homes. Tenderers must therefore expect to spend more resources in the health centres. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer.
