This sub-contract covers coverage of needs associated with the need for purchase and hire of licences, as well as licence consultancy services, associated software from RedHat Linux.NB! Regarding sub-area 2 – RedHat Linux: Norsk Helsenett SF participates in an initial phase in which Sykehusinnkjøp, on behalf of several health companies, executes a project with the intention of establishing a joint framework agreement for Red Hat linux licenses. If the tender documentation is completed, the procurement will be announced and the contract is awarded, the Norwegian Health Network will join the new, joint framework agreement, c/o Sykehusinnkjøp. If so, the expected call-offs for lot 2 bortfalle._________________________________________________Norsk health network invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement and hire of licences, as well as licence consultancy services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Health Network and entities in the governmental health administration, with underlying entities, access to a framework agreement for coverage of all needs connected to the purchase and hire of licences, as well as renewals for existing licences, upgrades, trade-in etc. In addition the framework agreement shall include technical and consulting consultancy services within licences, products, technology and systems in our product portfolio. The procurement comprises five sub-contracts. Sub-tenders can be submitted for one or several of the sub-areas of the procurement. There are no limitations in the number of sub-contracts that can be awarded one and the same tenderer. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with up to 3 tenderers per sub-area and within each sub-area will rank the chosen tenderers in prioritised order.
