Procurement of a maintenance and service agreement for joint components with olpsjon on wide development.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for a maintenance contract for registration systems that the contracting authority has. The maintenance agreements include maintenance and service of developed software where the contracting authority does not have the capacity or competence to carry out the service on its own behalf. To ensure stable and safe operation as well as running time, the following is a part of the agreement; • Well region; including user interface and mobile applications for Android and IOS as well as APIs • NADAG Webreg; including user interfaces and APIs • Geofreg; including user interfaces and APIs • Underground user; including user interfaces and APIs • Joint components; including user interfaces and APIs The contracting authority currently has a contract for maintenance of the mentioned registration systems, which shall be completed. A complete description of the delivery is in accordance with the requirements in Annex 1 in SSA-V and SSA-T and annex 3 in SSA-V. The total value of the contract is estimated to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT, including any options. The contract period (SSA-V and SSA-T) is 2 years, with an option for a further (1+1+1+1 year). The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Option for major developments of existing software with an estimated value of approx. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT during the contract period (c.f. SSA-T). There is uncertainty as to whether there will be a need for major developments and the total value for these developments.
