Procurement of a tender implementation and contract administration system (KGV and KAV).

The aim of this procurement is to get an efficient and user friendly system for a tender management system (KGV) and a contract administration tool (KAV) that ensures that we follow up our customers and suppliers in a professional and efficient manner. Procurements in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration are an important strategic means for us and shall contribute to ensuring the agency ́s goal achievement. The procurement process consists of a number of activities that shall ensure legal procurements at the right price and quality, delivered at the right time, safeguard important social considerations and in a way that supports our top goals. This applies to all goods and services, including IT and building and construction work. The process involves many actors and requires cooperation and management. To strategically use procurements and achieve the agency ́s aim, good tools, work processes and effective use of resources across the agency are required. The efficient procurements for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration are decisive, with a focus on safety, social responsibility and sustainability. We are facing a digital transformation to improve our processes, from manual to seamless digital solutions. This will give better planning and competitive tendering, as well as efficient contract and category management, and make us a fully digital management body. With better tools and systems, we can manage planning and outsizing more structured and innovative, and utilise economies of scale across the agency. The aim is to establish a system that can replace the current KGV/KAV before the contract expires with the current supplier in June 2026, which allows the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to have an efficient and fully digital procurement process.
