Procurement of a trade system

Norwegian accreditation invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a new trade system (NAFS). The procurement includes a new professional system with functionality for process and case management support, self-service as well as data and analysis. This shall be realised through the following delivery elements: - Cloud service: Standardised software (platform), infrastructure and data resources (operation) provided on standard terms as an online service, possibly software installed in the Contracting Authority ́s existing Microsoft environment. - Facilitating and establishing: Configuration/development of functionality and integrations on the Cloud service. - Management: Monitoring and follow-up of the Cloud service, maintenance and further development of services and integrations.
