DEKSA needs an efficient, secure and comprehensive operational service of a cloud based ICT platform for use by the contracting authority ́s employees, which at the current time consists of approx. 40 users. The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract with a total supplier who can provide a service that covers the desired functions, security and integrations, as well as provide operation and necessary support and maintenance of the offered cloud platform. It is important for deksa that the contract ensures the greatest possible flexibility, so that the service can be further developed in line with the dynamic development in order to meet new needs, adapt to changed work processes, and meet statutory requirements.
