The contracting authority needs a CRM tool to make application processing more efficient and support reporting, resource management and communication. The CRM system shall offer a seamless work flow from application reception to data delivery, with functions such as a customer portal for researchers, status overview, automated notifications and integrations with existing systems such as Outlook, Sharepoint and archive systems. The tool must facilitate detailed reporting with defined measurements that support reporting requirements from the Ministry of Finance and management. It shall also give managers an overview of workloads per employee and process the case portfolio more efficiently through dynamic dashboards and reporting functions.
