The competition is for the provision of cleaning services for the Directorate's location in Tromsø, Strandgaten 8, 9008 Tromsø. The premises of the HK-dir in Tromsø, approx. 2,300 m2, shall be an attractive place to work for employees and visitors. This agreement shall ensure satisfactory cleaning and maintenance of the premises. The agreement shall ensure that the premises are of good standard, have as many negative effects as possible on the outer environment and that the premises with surfaces and fixtures maintain their functionality and quality. Furthermore, the contract shall ensure that any manufacturer requirements regarding maintaining guarantees and performance as well as compliance with authorities' requirements. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT (over 4 years). The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
