Sortland municipality ́s building application department (under the unit for Plan and Management) has long arrears with building cases that are increasingly more than the department manages to serve. The municipality has recently executed two new hires on the building application department, so that the department will have 6 employees, building applications officers, of which one has a professional responsible function. In order to reduce the arrears parallel to training new personnel, Sortland municipality would like to procure external assistance to handle our building cases.
