Procurement of digital home nursing/home visits - New competition

The aim of the procurement is to get a system for digital home nursing and home visits. Digital home nursing/visits is an offer for residents who need home nursing/visits, but do not necessarily need anyone to show up physically in their homes. Health professionals and others will, via monitors/video, provide some of the same services as in traditional home nursing/visits, whether it's medical follow-up, giving a sense of safety in their home or other health guidance. Using this service, health personnel and others can detect early signs of deterioration, give advice and support, and contribute to ensuring the citizens' health and safety. The estimated value of the service agreement including hardware is approx. NOK 5 million excluding VAT per annum, which is approx. NOK 20 million excluding VAT for the contract period.
