The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Technology Operations and Maintenance (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for infrared scanning of asphalt works in 2026. Tenderers must be qualified to carry out IR scanning in accordance with the description. in annex 1 - "Description of heat photography" and have the necessary equipment and personnel. available for the implementation of the delivery. The measurements shall be carried out with infrared thermographic measuring equipment. The objective of the heating measurements is to register temperature variations on the surface of the immediately after laying out. This contributes to increased quality and prolonged lifetime of the asphalt, this in turn reduces lifetime costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
