The subject of this tender is the procurement of Microsoft licences (perpetual and subscription) and services for MITA on behalf of the Government of Malta. This Call for Tenders is being published as a competitive call that will be considered as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 153 (b) (ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations) to engage with an authorised Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) for MITA to procure Microsoft Licenses and other related Microsoft Services. A clarification meeting will be held online on Monday 18 March 2024 at 10:00 (Local Time), at to give an overview of the tender procedure and contract, and to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting.
