NAV Øst-Viken, Centre for Job Mastering (hereafter called the Centre for Job Mastering), is an offer in NAV where participants receive job mastering guidance, based on work orientated cognitive therapy, combined with support to get in or stay in work. The target group is users with light to moderate mental health problems as the primary obstacle to work, where the user is mainly not entitled to or needs clinical treatment in the health service. The service that shall be procured here is a follow-up measure, cf. the development regulations chapter 4. The follow-up of the participants shall be an integrated cooperation with work orientated support from the job specialists at the Supplier and guidance with the use of work orientated cognitive therapy from NAV, with the goal of participants getting in and keeping ordinary paid work.
