The contracting authority would like to use the procurement to enter into an agreement with one or several tenderers. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for winter maintenance on municipal roads, foot and cycle paths, car parks and areas connected to municipal buildings in Ålesund municipality. Winter maintenance mainly includes snow clearing and gritting, but other works such as snow and ice clearing can also occur. The list is not exhaustive. There is a stand-by period for winter maintenance services. The procurement is divided into 5 lots: Lot 47 Inner lorry rod Lot 60 Tennfjord-Eidsvik Lot 67 Grytastranda-Hamnsund Lot 79 (New area) Harøya parking lot Area 80 (New area) Fjørtoft The tenderer will be a part of the contracting authority ́s total winter operations and must reckon on cooperation with internal and external crews for winter maintenance services. The stated values are difficult to calculate per agreement and are therefore given as a maximum estimated value for all the contracts in total, and the total value is also challenging to calculate as it depends on weather conditions.
